All five centres offer private and group French classes, are fully wheelchair accessible, and have morning, evening, and weekend availability. We also offer live online classes for learners anywhere in Canada.
Yes — this is one of the most popular arrangements for busy professionals. Many of our students attend in-person sessions at a Berlitz centre when they're in the city and switch to live online when working remotely or travelling. Your programme, your instructor, and your progress stay fully continuous regardless of format.
Not at all. We welcome complete beginners (A1) through to advanced speakers (C1+). Your instructor knows the evaluation formats and marking criteria inside out, and focuses specifically on the areas where candidates lose points.
With our intensive programme (multiple sessions per day), most students reach working A2 in 3–4 weeks and conversational B1 within 8–10 weeks. With regular sessions (approx. 4 h/week), A2 typically takes 10–12 weeks and B1 around 20–25 weeks. Private one-on-one sessions — in-person or online — can significantly cut these timelines.
